RETURN POLICY

At Masco Beauty, our goal is to make your purchase as pleasant and efficient as possible. Please familiarize yourself with our exchange and return policies below and take note of our exclusive Guarantee to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

Return

You can exchange or return the products from your order within a period of 28 days if you are not satisfied with them, with a 100% refund guarantee. The product must not be fully consumed and must be returned in its original packaging. The return of products will be free of charge and at no cost to you*. Packs cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the entire pack. If the order contained a gift product and it is returned in its entirety, the gift must also be returned, or else its amount will be deducted.

How can I make the return?

To process the return, you should contact us by sending an email to hello@mascobeauty.com, providing your name, email, and order number.

We will send you an email with a code that you should include, and you should prepare the package and deliver it to any Correos office along with the code.

We will process the refund of the order once we receive it at our facilities, and we will notify you by email.

What if the product is incorrect, arrives defective, or in poor condition?

Don't worry, we will take care of the entire process very easily and at no cost to you. We want you to be 100% satisfied. Contact us at hello@mascobeauty.com with your order details and tell us what has happened so that we can resolve it quickly.

*Returns or exchanges will be free of charge, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra, the United Kingdom, the United States, Norway, Canada, and Brazil due to customs reasons. In these cases, the customer can return the products using their preferred method, and we will process the refund upon receipt.

*The first 3 returns or exchanges annually will be free, and after that, there will be a fee of €5.90, which will be deducted from the refund amount or charged at the time of processing the exchange.

Cancellation

The customer can cancel their order and request a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. To do so, they should contact us as soon as possible through the contact form or by sending an email to hello@mascobeauty.com, providing their details and order number.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without stating a reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in articles 107.2 and 108, in accordance with the provisions of BOE-A-2014-3329. To exercise this right, a form is provided where the necessary data can be filled in for its processing.

In the case of repeated returns or complaints about poor condition or defective products by the same customer, Masco Beauty reserves the right not to make new shipments to the customer.

CLAIM OR WITHDRAWAL FORM TEMPLATE

The customer/buyer can notify the claim or withdrawal either by email to hello@mascobeauty.com or by postal mail to the address indicated in the withdrawal form.

The user/buyer can notify me of the claim either by email to hello@mascobeauty.com or by postal mail addressed to: Mascobeauty Company SL, C/ Topacio 4, 26140, Lardero, La Rioja.
