Delivery times:

Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, products in stock will be delivered to the address indicated when placing the order within approximately 2 to 3 business days according to the official calendar of the Community of Madrid (Spain), excluding Saturdays and holidays, starting from the day the order is processed. Generally, unless there are holidays, we follow this rule to assign you a delivery date that will be the closest we can offer.

Mascobeauty Company SLU assumes no liability when delivery of the product is not made as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or when delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the user or the product being held in customs.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are fixed and amount to €6.50 for standard shipments.

If the customer chooses the "Express Shipping" option, the delivery time is 1-2 business days and the price is €9.95.

Orders over €25 will have free shipping, applicable only to standard shipping.

  • We only ship to Spain (Peninsula), the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.
  • No shipments are made to CEUTA AND MELILLA .

If there are any unforeseen issues with the delivery of your order, we will contact you via your email address, which we requested when you registered on the website, to find a solution. Alternatively, we could contact you by phone, if you provided it, or directly attempt a second delivery to the address provided. If we were unable to contact or deliver the product on the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier or Mascobeauty Company SLU via email and will assume any additional costs that may arise for subsequent deliveries.

Carriers:

We work with the logistics company SLS Logistics SL, which is responsible for preparing the order and, through its courier service, transporting and delivering the products to the User who made the purchase.

In the event that one of these delivery times changes, Mascobeauty Company SLU's Customer Service will notify you, either by email or phone, of the approximate delivery time for the complete shipment of your order. You will also be kept informed of any changes that may arise within this timeframe.

If an order consists of several different products , and not all of them are available for shipping at the time of placing the order, the customer may request partial shipment of their order and subsequent shipment of the pending products. This partial shipment may only be requested when the total shipment of the order will be delayed beyond the delivery times indicated on the website. This shipment must be finally approved by Mascobeauty Company SLU, which will always have the final decision regarding partial shipments.

Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes. We reserve the right to hold orders with incorrect addresses. In any case, we will contact you using the information provided for any issues or questions that may arise during the processing of your order.
